Description of Property

The structure is located on a small hill from where the gaze is lost on hills and woods. At the center of about three hectares of agricultural land completely fenced with poles and with a 2 meter high net. Access is via an automatic gate that leads to an avenue of cypresses and oleanders that leads to the house. The land is entirely planted with olive trees, one part with an orchard (apricot, peach, plum, cherry, almond, walnut, etc.) and the other with a vegetable garden. The property is enriched by two wells and an infinity pool of about 120 square meters, with its technical rooms.
